Q : How long till my order arrives?
A : Please allow for processing and shipping between 21 to 25 days.
Q : My item is broken. What do I do?
A : Please take a photograph of the item and send it to contact@myhappyhomebox.com. We will immediately revert back to you the instructions on what to do.
Q : Are returns allowed?
A : We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered we, unfortunately, will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
